Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment: 1.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot. 1.2 Payment can be made via [accepted payment methods]. 1.3 In the case of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. 1.4 If the photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or the session will be rescheduled. 2. Copyright and Usage: 2.1 The photographer retains the copyright to all images. 2.2 Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal use only. 2.3 Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written consent. 2.4 The photographer may use images for promotional purposes, including social media and website, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Editing and Retouching: 3.1 All images will undergo basic editing for colour correction and exposure. 3.2 Extensive retouching, including skin retouching, is available upon request at an additional cost. 4. Delivery of Images: 4.1 A gallery of edited images will be provided within seven days. 4.2 Clients will receive a download link to access high-resolution digital images. 5. Image Selection and Ordering: 5.1 Clients may choose images for further retouching from the provided gallery. 5.2 Additional prints, albums, and products can be ordered at an additional cost. 6. Liability: 6.1 The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the shoot. Clients indemnify the photographer from liability for any such injuries, damages or losses. 6.2 Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the session. 7. Rescheduling and Late Arrivals: 7.1 Clients should arrive on time for the session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced shooting time. 7.2 If rescheduling is necessary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, both parties will agree on a new date and time. 8. Travel Fees: 8.1 Travel fees may apply for locations outside Bloemfontein. 9. Client Cooperation: 9.1 Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and communicating preferences. 9.2 Photographer is not liable for images compromised due to clients' failure to cooperate. By booking a session with Khotso Mokalobe Photography, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
